Delete in the app
- Open Yalla Körkort and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete your account. If you use the app as a guest, the row is called Delete your guest data.
- Read the page, tap Delete my account and confirm with Yes, delete permanently.
The account is deleted right away. You can keep using the app as a new guest, without your old progress.
Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
What is deleted
- The account and your email address
- Your progress and review schedule, including weak spots and streak
- Your answer history
- Your mock exams and results
- Our purchase ledger, that is, our record of your purchases
The data is deleted from the database right away. Backups are overwritten within 30 days at most. We also ask RevenueCat, which checks purchases for us, to delete its record of you.
What is not deleted
Your purchase stays with Apple or Google. Premium was bought through the App Store or Google Play and belongs to your store account. Deleting the account does not refund it. To ask for a refund, contact Apple or Google.
If you use the app again later, tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account, and Premium unlocks again. There is no subscription to cancel.
Don't have the app any more?
Email us from the address your account is registered with, with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm from the same address. We delete the account and reply within 30 days.
If you only used the app as a guest, without an email address, your data is tied to a random ID in the app, not to anything we could recognise you by. Delete it in the app before you uninstall.
